Ok, Justin Bieber gets nominated for a BET Award… I’m going to keep this entry short because honestly, there are bigger fish to fry like the planet dying via the Gulf of Mexico, (tsk, tsk…).  Question: Are the BET Awards sponsored by “blacks” or is it just to award acknowledgments to “black artists” or is it neither?  Let’s say that BET is a clothing store is in a predominantly black neighborhood.  If a “non-black” person wants to shop there or better yet, if this establishment carries a product created by a “non-black” person, is it wrong?  If you think it is, why?  BET, MTV, VH-1 are all now owned by Viacom…a black company?  Or a company that is looking out for itself? Hmmmm…
